| e-Learning at IDPmultimedia is based on the on-line module as the interactive back-bone of the program. This on-line module can be blended with an appropriate mix of group (face-to-face) sessions, specialist coaching and off-line tasks or projects that apply learning to actual work. Our EvaluationPlus service offers unique pre and post-measure tools that identify in advance what needs to be learnt, and afterwards assesses the learning gains from the program. |

| Our e-learning programs can be designed to meet national competency standards, in which case we can include participant Log Books and specify Portfolio of Evidence tasks in the on-line module. This approach has been used successfully for Diploma, Certificate III and Certificate IV programs for national clients. |
