The highest level a student can achieve in Tai
Chi is "Nei Kung". This training helps you understand
your internal energy or "chi", and develops your ability to generate,
control and use chi in the practical applications of Tai Chi Ch'uan.

| Nei Kung training is extremely physically demanding*
and only suited to those determined to pursue the art to its highest
level after several years of training. To quote Sifu David Raudam (shown
right) "Nei Kung is the hardest thing you will ever do in your
life!" |
 |
| Sifu John Yuen completed his Nei Kung training
under Sifu Ng Kam Kee, and later received accreditation from the
Hong Kong Tai Chi Institute, allowing him to teach "12 Ying
and 12 Yang", the 24 Nei Kung exercises of Wu style Tai Chi. |
