Introduction to Tai Chi [Beginner's Class]
This beginner's class teaches the 108 techniques of traditional Wu style Tai Chi. You'll be introduced to the "square form", which improves your coordination, balance and fitness through low impact Tai Chi movement.   Square form
 
You'll receive help with your breathing, stance and posture to give you a solid foundation in Tai Chi.
 
Personally instructed by Master John Yuen, the Beginner's Class runs for 20 weeks.
